Tsuen Wan Development Association Limited（「本會」、「我們」）致力保障使用「eOC」電子業主立案法團管理平台（「本平台」或「本App」）之用戶（「用戶」、「您」）的個人資料私隱。本私隱政策旨在說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護您的個人資料，並符合香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）（「PDPO」）之規定。
Tsuen Wan Development Association Limited ("the Association", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data of users ("User", "you") of the "eOC" electronic Owners' Corporation management platform ("the Platform" or "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO").
本平台由 Tsuen Wan Development Association Limited 營運及管理，地址為新界荃灣灰窰角街28號美德大廈10樓E-G室。
The Platform is operated and managed by Tsuen Wan Development Association Limited, with registered address at Room E-G, 10/F, Mei Tak Building, 28 Fui Yiu Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.
用戶帳戶由管理員（物業管理公司／業主立案法團）於系統上為業主開設，並非由用戶自行註冊。在此過程中，我們會收集以下個人資料：
此外，用戶在使用本App提交入數證明（例如管理費、大維修費用等付款證明）時，須授予本App存取相機及相片庫之權限，以便上載相關文件。除上述資料外，本App不會收集或存取用戶手機內之其他資料（如位置、聯絡人、日曆等）。
User accounts on the Platform are created by administrators (property management companies / Owners' Corporations) on behalf of property owners, and are not self-registered by users. In this process, we collect the following personal data:
In addition, when Users submit proof of payment (e.g. for management fees, major repair works, etc.) through the App, camera and photo library access permissions are required to upload the relevant documents. Other than the above, the App does not collect or access any other data on the User's mobile device (such as location, contacts, calendar, etc.).

重要提示 — 業主易手時的資料查閱：由於本App之設計容許新業主查閱其所擁有物業過去之相關文件，包括前業主與管理員／法團之間之對話紀錄，故當物業擁有權轉讓至新業主時，該物業過去儲存於系統內之紀錄（包括前業主之對話內容）將可供新業主查閱，作為物業管理歷史紀錄的一部分。此安排乃基於物業管理及法團運作之需要而設，惟前業主於使用本平台時，應知悉並理解此資料查閱安排。
除上述情況外，用戶之個人資料只會在下列情況下被披露：
Your personal data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party for marketing or other commercial purposes.
Important Notice — Data Access Upon Property Ownership Transfer: As the App is designed to allow a succeeding property owner to view historical records relating to the property they own, including correspondence between the previous owner and the management/Owners' Corporation administrator, such records (including the content of the previous owner's correspondence) stored in the system will become accessible to the new owner upon transfer of property ownership, as part of the property's management history. This arrangement is designed based on the operational needs of property management and the Owners' Corporation. Users should be aware of and understand this data access arrangement when using the Platform.
Other than as stated above, Users' personal data will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:
與物業相關之個人資料及紀錄，將保留至該物業擁有權轉讓至新業主為止。物業易手後，原業主之帳戶將被停用，惟過去之相關紀錄（包括文件及對話紀錄）將按上述第4條之安排，轉由新業主查閱作物業管理歷史紀錄之用途。
Personal data and records relating to a property will be retained until such property's ownership is transferred to a new owner. Upon transfer of ownership, the original owner's account will be deactivated; however, historical records relating to the property (including documents and correspondence) will be made accessible to the new owner in accordance with the arrangement set out in Section 4 above, for the purpose of maintaining the property's management history.
我們高度重視您個人資料之安全。所有儲存於本平台系統內之個人資料，均會以加密形式儲存，並採取合理之技術及管理措施，以防止資料被未經授權之查閱、使用、更改、洩漏或損毀。
We place great importance on the security of your personal data. All personal data stored within the Platform's system is stored in encrypted form, and reasonable technical and administrative measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of such data.
本App僅要求以下手機權限：

本App僅供年滿18歲或以上之物業業主、物業管理公司或業主立案法團使用。本App不適用於18歲以下之人士，我們亦不會有意收集18歲以下人士之個人資料。
The App is intended for use only by property owners, property management companies, or Owners' Corporations aged 18 years or above. The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
本App目前不使用任何第三方分析工具、廣告SDK或追蹤技術。
The App currently does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
本會可能因應法律要求或業務需要，不時修訂本私隱政策。任何重大修訂將透過App內通知或其他適當方式通知用戶。建議用戶定期查閱本政策，以了解最新內容。
The Association may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time due to legal requirements or business needs. Any material changes will be communicated to Users via in-app notification or other appropriate means. Users are advised to review this Policy periodically for updates.
